Thinking of dropping out of college?
Talk to me first
If you’re thinking about dropping out of college but not quite sure, I can help you explore the reasons and what the consequences of staying or leaving might be. Making a well-informed decision is the goal
€95 per 1-hour session
I know that settling into college is not easy and it is normal for students to have doubts about whether they are on the right course or not.
Each year over 6000 students drop out of their 1st year in college. That’s 1 in 6 and almost half of them got their first choice! Moreover, about 2/3 of college students admit to having chosen the wrong course. So, you are not alone. This year is even more challenging with COVID restrictions in place.
But its not about statistics, its about you and how you feel. I understand how difficult it is to stay motivated - to get out of bed, attend class (even worse when online), study or focus on assignments.
Because everyone is different and the real reason for dissatisfaction is not always clear, this programme is 100% tailored to your unique situation. My job is to help you stand back and look at things from different perspectives. It is not my job to influence your decision in any way.
I can help you turn a challenging situation into a great learning opportunity. You get to learn more about what’s important to you with the view to making informed career decisions now and in the future.

“I am a first-year business student in my second semester. I wasn’t enjoying my first few months in college and I doubted my course choice. I decided to meet Anne to seek guidance and to help me see a clearer picture as to where I want to be in a few years.
After working with Anne over three sessions I am a lot more comfortable with what I am doing, and I can see my goals for the future.
We identified my strengths and interests. We explored my lifelong ambition to open a bakery and steps I can take to get there when I finish my degree. We looked into courses I didn’t realise were available and ones that I never considered when filling out my CAO. By the end of the final session I realised that the course I am in is the right course for me.
I really appreciate the help that Anne has given me. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is second guessing their career choices or unable to figure out what’s the best choice for them. .”
